**(III) Non-Personal Information**
We may collect non-personal information that cannot identify a specific individual, such as statistical data related to service usage, including user behavior (clicks, page jumps, browsing time). This information is collected to improve our services. The type and volume of information depend on your use of our products and/or services. We aggregate this data to provide more useful information to customers and to understand which aspects of our website, products, and services are most interesting. For this privacy policy, aggregated data is considered non-personal information. If non-personal information is combined with personal information, it will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

For public interest, scientific, historical research, or statistical purposes, we may retain relevant data based on applicable laws, even if it is unrelated to the original collection purpose.
**III. Your Rights**
1. **Control Settings**
Recognizing that privacy concerns vary, we provide options to limit the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of your personal information and to control your privacy settings. For example, you can open or close location access, camera, recording, and mobile storage permissions. In the Copalot app, navigate to "My > Settings > Personal Profile" to modify your personal information, including nickname, profile, gender, etc.; log in or log out of your account. If you previously consented to our use of your personal information, you can change your decision at any time by contacting us in writing or by email at support@copalot.com.
2. **Rights Over Your Personal Information**
Depending on your country or region's laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information that we hold. Requests should meet the following conditions:
- Submitted through our dedicated channel and in writing (unless oral applications are recognized by local law).
- Provide sufficient information to verify your identity, ensuring the requester is the subject of the information or legally authorized.
- Once we confirm we can process your request, we will respond within the time frame set by applicable data protection laws.
- We can provide a record of your personal information that we have collected and processed for free. For additional requests, we may charge a reasonable fee based on applicable laws and actual costs.
- If you believe information we hold is incorrect or incomplete, you can request corrections or completion based on the use purpose.
- You may have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We will evaluate and process your request technically if it meets the criteria. Due to laws and security technology, immediate deletion from backup systems may not be possible; we will securely store and isolate your information until it can be cleared or anonymized.
- We reserve the right to refuse requests that are repetitive, infringe on others' privacy, are unrealistic, require excessive technical work, or are not required to be granted by local law, as well as requests involving public or confidential information. We may also refuse requests that could prevent us from legally using the data for anti-fraud and security purposes.
3. **Revoking Consent**
You can revoke your consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information by submitting a request. This can be done by email for specific services. We will process your request within a reasonable time and will cease to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information accordingly.
Note that revoking consent may have legal consequences. Depending on the extent of your authorization, you may lose access to Copalot's products or services. However, withdrawing consent will not affect processing based on prior authorization.
4. **Account Cancellation**
To cancel your account, apply through "My > Settings > Cancel Account."
Account cancellation is irreversible. Before proceeding, back up any information and data related to the account you wish to cancel. For questions, comments, or suggestions, contact us for assistance. To continue using the account, log in through the Copalot app within 60 days after submitting the cancellation request; otherwise, the account will be canceled. After cancellation, you will not be able to use the account or retrieve any bound content or information, even if you re-register with the same credentials.
